SAP Finance Associate Managing Consultant (US Citizen or Permanent Resident required) 
SAP Experience
8-10 years of SAP experience 
SAP Skills 
  • 5-8 Years of experience in one or more SAP module.
  • At least three full life-cycle implementation projects (from Blueprint/Explore through Go-Live).
  • Understanding of SAP Activate Methodology.
  • Ability to lead workstream activities on a project.
  • Understanding of integration between modules.
  • Leads detailed module specific configuration and master data development.
  • Ability to use Service Marketplace to create tickets, research notes, review release notes and solution roadmaps as well as provide guidance to customers on release strategy.
Responsibilities 
  • In depth knowledge of SAP financial solutions like General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Inventory Management (IM), Material Management interface to FI (MM/FI), Fixed Assets (FA), Project Systems (PS) and Investment Management (IM) as well as material management (Inventory). In addition, this person must have advanced knowledge of the SAP Public Sector modules:  Funds Management (FM), Grants Management (GM), and Public Sector Collections and Disbursement (PSCD).
  • Experience with SAP ECC to S/4 HANA brownfield migration is preferred.
  • Meets with business partners, project managers, and vendor partners to determine project scope and vision, set system goals, identify and resolve system issues, and lead prioritization of build items.
  • Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications to stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
  • Translates conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team. This includes creating process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to the team.
  • Leads design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow; documents risk and identifies mitigation strategies.
  • Defines, analyzes, and evaluates existing business functions and processes and makes recommendations to management on opportunities for process improvements.
  • Performs and/or coordinates configuration changes for applications in the area of responsibility.
  • Reviews system design plans for reasonableness and fit with the business requirements.
  • Conducts research on software and hardware products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts.
  • Provides orientation to end users for modifications to existing processes and new functionality.
  • Participates in the execution of test cases as part of the Quality Assurance process.
  • Developing work plans and coordinating the activities of the project team and sub-team.
  • Managing project planning and scheduling.
  • Defining and agreeing on deliverables and milestones.
  • Draft various project deliverable documents as directed by the Project Manager.
  • Overall team management to include regular meetings, evaluations, budget management, and risk management.
  • Excellent organization and teaming skills.
  • Advanced communication skills with a demonstrated ability to provide advice, consult and negotiate with senior management and manage key relationships between stakeholders involved in an upgrade/implementation environment.
  • Comfortable in adapting working hours to align with demands of communication across multiple time zones.
  • Performs well under pressure.
  • Reports to Functional lead.

This role requires up to 20% monthly travel.
